I would like to call it value for money, because unlike the 3000/4000 chairs available in the market, you can see a stark difference in the features and quality of the chair. - The Lumbar support back is actually comfortable and helps keep your posture in check - Wheel base is very smooth - Height adjustment and back angles are good - Finally it is very aesthetic and goes well with the work setup - The only thing which is missing is the seat slider in this model but that won't make a difference for people who are 6 feet or below
