Note: This policy is not applicable for corporate or bulk purchases (more than 3 products) and applies only to products purchased directly from our website.

Return Window

You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Product must be returned in original condition.
• No stains, damage, or signs of excessive use.
• Return must include the original box and packaging materials.

Pickup & Inspection

• Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
• After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC) to ensure it meets the above return conditions.

Refund Process

• Upon successful QC, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
• The refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
